COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Frank Szabo Sr., Women's Head Coach Frank Sr. has devoted his life to gymnastics. Having been a competitive gymnast and a member of the Moscovian Olympic pool of contestants, Frank Sr. was National Champion in Hungary and competed all over Europe and Asia. He has more than 30 years experience as Competitive Women's Head Coach and is highly effective in ensuring his athletes have the confidence in their skills, routines and performance.

Frank Szabo Jr., Men's Head Coach Recipient of the 2006 and 2007 John Tutte National Level Coach of the Year! Frank was a member of the Hungarian Junior Selection Team and trained together with the gymnasts of the Hungarian National Team preparing for the Olympic Games in Sydney. In addition to having won the Hungarian National title numerous times, Frank placed second all around and obtained fourth place on the parallel bars in the German International Junior Championships in 1997. Frank's gymnasts have won numerous Provincial, Western Canadian and Canadian Championships titles.

Gabi Szabo, Club Coordinator, Choreographer & Coach

Gabi specializes in choreography and dance elements in routines. In addition to having a Teaching Diploma for Physical Education, Gabi has had 30 years' experience as a teacher and coach.  Many of her athletes have won National competitions in Hungary, and Provincial and Western competitions in Canada.
